i am a colage student i have bean intrested in hover crafts for a wile. i am now looking at makeing my own and just need a basik idia of how they work and what i could use for the skurt? i have also hured that you could just use a lawnmower engen! would this be powfull enugh?? i would be truly graitful if you could help me.
