first you need a farm tractor tire INNERTUBE. then you get a small light weight 5 horse power engine and then you need to find a fan blade it has to have 5 blades it has to be light weight and durable. It has to be allmost the siese of the tube some big industrial fan blades would work make sure you coat the out side of the blades with rubber cement so that if the tube gets pushed on the tube wont be cut. Another thing you need is a piece of plywood cut it to the sise of the in side of the tube drill a hole in the center for the shaft of the blade to go threw drill holes 5 inches apart on thee out sides of the plywood all the way arround the out side and drill some holes for the air to be drawn threw from the blade. tie the ply wood to the tire arround the out side holes mount the engine on the plywood. A light lawnmower engine wood work good 5hp and up if ya can try to use more than 5 hp you need some thing with alot of rpms. mount the blade to the engine and youre good to go. the way you steer is by leening what ever way you leen you go because when you tip forward more air is reliced from behind which causes you to move. please e-mail me back soon if you have trouble finding parts i can help.
