this design is for a hover craft that goes on water. It doesn't acually hover, Also, you can ad in parts that will make it remote controled.
All you need is sound board.If you don't have it you can use regular styrafoam. a garbage bag 2 fans. and bateries to power the fans. Cut a hole in the sound board with a circumfrance equal to that of one of the fans. Then place the fan in the hole. you can duct tape it in place. Next take the garbage bag and staple the open part of it around the sides of the sound board. Next mount the second fan on top of the sound board so it is in a position where it will blow your hover craft forward.
