This privacy policy governs your use of the following applications -

Email Extractor, Email Extractor Lite, Email Extractor Pro, IMAP Email Extractor, IMAP Email Extractor Lite, IMAP Email Extractor Pro, Email Attachment Extractor, Mail Attachment Extractor Pro, Mail Count, ("Application", "App") for mobile devices that was created by PPP Infotech Ltd / pppindia ("we", "us", "our").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal info. Sensitive user information is only used to perform the basic functionality of the app.

Ads Version

There are two versions of the App - The ad version which is free and the lite and pro versions which are ad free. The Free/Ad version includes Google Adsense libraries only and not any other third party libraries. So the ad version shows only Google Adsense ads and not from any third party advertising network.

Lite and Pro versions of the App are separate applications that does not include the google adsense libraries and so does not show any ads. When you buy and install Lite and Pro versions then there will be no ads.

Security and Authentication

The Email Extractor (Free, Lite, Pro) App connects to your google account which you choose and which are configured in your mobile device. So no connections are made to any other server other than the selected google account. The sign-in and authentication takes place using your device's Account Manager system. The App will never see or transmit your password and instead, will use a token to log into that account. After signing-in, App will only look at the mail headers and messages to extract the information in it and it is used to perform the basic functionality of the App which is to extract the names and email addresses. Hence no information is transmitted to any server at any point of the process of the extraction. The extracted information is stored in your local or external storage of the device in which it is run.

The IMAP Extractor versions, IMAP Attachment Extractor and Mail Count app, using the username and password that you provide connects to the email server that you enter in the IMAP/host server
address field. Our App can use SSL when connecting to your mail server assuming that you have clicked the SSL checkbox.

Email Attachment Extractor and Mail Attachment Extractor Pro connects to your google account which you choose and which are configured in your mobile device. So no connections are made to any other server other than the selected google account. The sign-in and authentication takes place using your device's Account Manager system. The App will never see or transmit your password and instead, will use a token to log into that account. After signin-in, App will download the attachments from your email account and store all the information on your device's storage.

Our Apps do not transmit the extracted information to any server. Your sensitive information is safe and secure in your device and our App do not identify these information.

Android Permissions

In order to perform basic tasks our Apps use various permissions. These permissions are only used to perform the basic functionality of the app. No personal information is transmitted to any third party server by using such permissions.

Changes to Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy in order to keep up with changes in our business and practices. By using our App you fully agree and obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
