How do I see my Internet connection traffic statistics.

If you are on a dial-up Internet connection then select "PPP Adapter" to see the upload/download statistics.

If your Internet connection is through your NIC (network interface card) or through router then select the network card that is connected to the router to see traffic statistics. You can save this traffic statistics to Clipboard and/or to Disk as text file.
