netMailshar Global Address Book (GAB)

Global Address Book (GAB) allows users to access a single, common company wide address book using any web browser. GAB can be managed by one or many users simultaneously, to store contact information.

Features:

• Full Contact Database can be stored - First Name, Last Name, Nick name, Work Phone, Home Phone, Fax, Mobile, three Email addresses, Mailing Address and Notes.

• Easily accessible through any web browser from any machine in the network.

• One or more users can manage the information.

• More than one "admin" users can be created.

• Any number of users with different permissions/access levels can be created.

• View and Sort - many type of views and sorting possible.

• Email address selection and sending opens the default Email client.
