Method
of Preparation :

Powder the sugar slightly. Crush the cardamoms and slice the nuts and
keep aside.
In a heavy bottom pan, melt the ghee. Lower the flame, add cardamom. Add
the besan flour and fry it until it turns brown in color and smells done
by stirring continuously to avoid getting burnt.
To make sure that the flour is cooked, sprinkle a few drops of water,
it will sputter instantly. Once cooked, Add sugar and allow to melt completley
by mixing thoroughly.
Grease the plate with ghee and spread 1/2" thick. Sprinkle with nuts.
Cut into diamond shapes after it has cooled down.
